This candle is hands-down one of the best candles I’ve used. Though it's a bit small than I imagine, but it burns clean and with no smoke, no black soot or lingering chemical smell. I like that it's a non-toxic candle. The natural beeswax scent warms up my room gently with no added fragrances. The candle comes seated in a hard plastic cup.This is great for cozy nights in, or just elevating your decor without mess. The cotton wick lights easily and stays steady, and the burn time feels impressively long for its size. If you’re into organic, non-toxic, simple, high-quality candles, this one’s a winner.

I ordered this set of 2 pieces organic 100% pure bees wax pillar candles because they are naturally made without any chemicals added. So far after using them for a short while already, I am very happy with these candles and love the all natural honey bees wax smells each has. :)These organic bees wax pillar candles are well made and are from all natural 100% Canadian hives farm. They are made in good size for a respectively long burning hours without any black smokes coming out while lit. The chemical free all natural ingredient made it safe to use around pets and children, and are great for any special occasion or simply wind down for a relaxing night. I love these organic pure bees wax candles, and I do highly recommend this product!

Beautiful 'PURE' beeswax candles!There is nothing much like that of a Pure Beeswax candle and once you have tried them, it seems most all other candles just fall short in comparison.These Candles are Pure, you can tell from the moment you open the box they come in as though beeswax candles are unscented the wax does have a most beautiful smell! It's the kind of smell you get from when you open a nice fresh bottle/jar of Real Honey, it is so nice, So "Natural".These Candles are made in the style of Tealight candles, but they are much bigger than those small tealight candles. They come in a nice box and are wrapped so that they do not rub up against each other and they maintain their beautiful shape without any scratches or markings on the wax.They come with a small Thank you note from the seller and this little note also includes some care instructions so you can care for your beeswax candles. Just a beautiful set of candles and they would match any and every decor because they are just so Natural. I would highly recommend following the instructions that come with these candles if you are New to Beeswax candles and how to care for them.Very easy 5 stars from me and I totally would recommend them.

These candles have a really nice scent, which I believe is vanilla. I love the fact that they are real beeswax. They are a good size, and as you can see they produce a good flame. I have been burning them for a while now and they should last a some time. They have a combined weight of 260 g. They come with a little base which help keep wax off your surfaces.

These are clearly very high-quality beeswax candles, and you can tell right away that they're made from 100% pure, natural Canadian beeswax. The craftsmanship is excellent, they burn cleanly with cotton wicks, and I really appreciate the eco-friendly aspect, the Canadian origin, and the fact that they support bees and sustainable practices.That said, I want to be honest about the scent. When I first unboxed them, the natural beeswax smell was quite strong for my personal taste, especially during the first couple of days. Over time, the scent did soften and become less noticeable, but initially it was stronger than I expected. I understand that scent preference is very personal, and some people may actually love this natural honey-like aroma.Aside from the scent, everything else about these candles is excellent: no dripping, no smoke, and a very calm, warm ambiance once lit. If you enjoy a strong natural beeswax scent, these will likely be perfect for you. For me, it was just a bit intense at first, but I still appreciate the quality and clean ingredients.

I picked up these 2 small beeswax pillar candles from Canadian Hive and they are very nice. They came nicely packaged, and each one is handmade from 100% pure Canadian beeswax and 100% cotton wicks. They have a small plastic base, which initially I was concerned that it would drip outside of the base. However we burned one for about 4hrs and the burn is impressively clean, no dripping, no smoke, just a nice steady flame. Considering the amount of the candle that burned after 4hours, I have no concern about the claimed 20hrs of burn time per candle.The natural honey aroma is subtle but soothing (wife loves it). I also love that they’re free of dyes, chemicals, and synthetic fragrances. The cotton wicks light easily and burn evenly.

These are very nice candles. They burn cleanly with no smoke and no scent. I’ve been burning one of them for about six hours now, about two hours every evening, and the candle has only burned down a little. I think it will last longer than the stated 20 hours because it hardens back up between burns. I blow it out when it starts melting near the edge, so that it won’t drip down the side.They are quite expensive for small candles but they are handmade and 100% beeswax so you are paying for quality candles.

They are also very eco-friendly since beeswax is a sustainable product.One thing that I noticed when burning these candles is that there is virtually no smoke whatsoever. They burn very cleanly and are much cleaner than normal wax.Each candle will burn up to 20 hours.I am very happy with these Canadian-made beeswax candles. They are definitely a step above your traditional candles and something that I will continue to use.The price is a little higher than standard candles, but these are not ordinary candles. These are very high-quality, premium beeswax candles that are handmade in Canada. This definitely justifies the higher price.I do recommend these.

I love these Beeswax pillar candles. First of all I should go off on beeswax candles. I am someone who has allergies to dust mites and pets and normal candles just kind of add to the pollution. Bees wax candles always leave me breathing easier and feeling less congested. The smell is also light and sweet so you still get a fragranced candle and to set the mood just with cleaner air. I have been using these with a candle warmer and they do a good job of giving me a long life span with these candles.

We ordered these Canadian Hive Beeswax Candles with pride in this product of Canada. They arrived at our home the next day which we were both not expecting. They came in a simple white box with the name of this company written in both English and French. There is also a simple and cute beehive graphic on the cover of the box. We also love your appropriate name and graphics for the company. Inside of the box these two pillar candles were wrapped with simple brown tissue paper. The scent of the beeswax was immediately apparent. The fact that they are 100% pure Canadian beeswax is appealing. We love the beautiful scent of the natural beeswax. This is actually quite intoxicating and their scent brings back fond memories of our time together in our church Youth Group. Including those many retreats that we attended. These fit perfectly on our smaller candle holders. The candles are perfect for your own personal use or to give as a special gift. This product arrived the next day via Amazon Prime and was packaged in simple cardboard during shipping.PROS-I used these recently at a dinner party and they were perfect; easy to light, long lasting and indeed smoke-free. I was able to place them in some cubed glass pillar holders..-If you want these to really last you longer and to minimize drips, I recommend freezing them overnight beforehand.-These perform much better than my previous pillar candles --- I really like how beeswax burns so cleanly with no heavy perfumed or synthetic scents.-They may be too nice to burn and actually make a nice decorative option.-Given that so many candles now are rechargeable LEDs, solar powered, or scented in a variety of ways, it is nice to have some good, old-fashioned products once in a while.-Canada Hive makes great products! I have also tried their votive candles and their candle sticks. Check out their other variants and sizes.-Quebec based company --- buy Canadian!-Love the packaging.CONS-At $39 CAD for 2 units, this is not an inexpensive item but I think most everyone would be pleased with the quality of this product.-Perhaps offer these in bulk sizes to provide more value.

These burn quite bright and warm just like a bees wax candle should, they really add a nice ambiance at the dinner table which is where I am using them for dinner parties and date nights.The price is a bit up there in my opinion, but the quality is also up there so I guess it just depends if you want a good beeswax candle over a soy or parafin one.I would be willing to give them my recommendation for sure though

I’ve bought several candles in different sizes from this brand now and I’m impressed every single time, and these pillar candles are no exception. As soon as you open the box you smell real beeswax, warm and slightly sweet. The colour is that deep golden/orangey tone that you don’t see with lower quality beeswax, and the glow when they’re lit is just gorgeous. They burn clean and steady with no smoke and no messy dripping, which I really appreciate with pillar candles. The flame stays even instead of tunneling or leaning to one side. They feel solid, well made, and clearly not mass-produced. I also love that these are handmade in Canada and support local beekeepers. That makes them feel even more special.

The scent of natural beeswax can't be beat. This is something I knew when I ordered and when I received these I was not disappointed. I wasn't expecting them to already be in a holder, I'm a tad disappointed about that because I wanted to display them to my own tastes. The holder feels like plastic so this is also a bit of a concern for me.These candles are very well made and they have a natural cotton wick too. They're a great size for displaying on a tabletop centerpiece, especially if combined with other natural beeswax candles of different heights. I love the clean burn these have as well.

These beeswax candles are so wonderful. The smell.. oh my goodness!!! Absolutely amazing!!! I have never smelled such an earthy, vibrant, lovely smell in my life.
